Ah, agile working. I think it’s fair to say it’s like marmite. Some love it, some hate it. Full disclosure early on, I’m a fan. But I know it can be pretty divisive in product development. You might have heard outcries of ‘it stifles creativity’, or ‘the product is too complex’, etc, etc. And I don’t disagree. But even then, agile can work for you.
